By downloading, installing, or using MAHI Browser software and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the software.
1. Software License & Usage
MAHI Browser grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and execute the client software on supported Windows operating systems (Windows 10/11 64-bit).
- Free Starter Plan: Grants permission to create up to 15 browser profiles locally without time limitations.
- PRO Subscription: Grants permission to maintain up to 100 profiles and utilize cloud sync capabilities with a 200MB per-profile storage quota during the active subscription period.
2. Device Licensing & Activation
Single Workstation Binding: Each PRO subscription entitles the licensee to one active workstation session at a time. If you log in to a second machine, the previous session may be invalidated in accordance with our fair usage policy.
3. Acceptable Use Policy
MAHI Browser is engineered for legitimate multi-account management, digital marketing, competitive research, and privacy protection. You agree not to use MAHI Browser for:
- Distributing malware, viruses, ransomware, or malicious payloads.
- Launching Denial of Service (DoS/DDoS) attacks or automated network flooding.
- Credential stuffing, unauthorized computer intrusion, or financial fraud.
- Reverse engineering, cracking, or circumventing licensing enforcement mechanisms.
4. Third-Party Websites & Proxies
MAHI Browser acts as a local browser environment. We do not provide, sell, or monitor external proxy servers. You are solely responsible for obtaining and verifying compliant proxy connections and complying with third-party website terms of service.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
MAHI Browser is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. While MAHI Browser employs advanced fingerprint spoofing and security isolation, we do not guarantee that third-party platforms will never apply automated rate limits, verification challenges, or account restrictions to your accounts.
